Correspondence:
Two letters have been received regarding the
estate of Rachel Reid; Cherylann will read them.
Nancy Claris will forward a letter to the
Trustees regarding her health care options.
Old Business
- January 10, 2008 is the public budget committee hearing.
- February 2, 2008 will be the deliberative session for the town.
- Employee contracts will be adjusted and signed by December 20, 2007.
- The acceptance of the Policy and Procedure Manual will be continued at the January meeting after updated copies are available.
New Business
- Safety training for the staff will be explored.
- Information about the Findlay Challenge will be released in a press conference schedule for December 13, 2007.
- The meeting was adjourned in order to listen to a sales representative’s proposal for photo copier services.
