Treasurer's Report: Nancy presented an accounting of the funds. For future reference when planning the budget close attention needs to be paid to the # of hours worked, vacation time & overage needed and the dollar amount of wages.

Correspondence: none

Old Business:

  1. Valerie will select a date to complete the EPLHC cleanout and email those involved.
  2. A thank you note will be sent to Janice Metzger, one of the first artists to display work in our gallery, for the dona- tion of her art "Prized Pewter" to our permanent collection.
  3. The mailbox is finished and awaits a post hole digger.
  4. The landscaping project awaits contact from the NHTI professor. An email will be sent to him asking the status of the project.
  5. An email will be sent to Virginia Drew inquiring about the granite benches for the library lawn.
  6. The moving of the sign(s) from the EPLHC is contingent upon receiving a quote.
  7. Jerry Rousseau will be installing a light for the flagpole.
  8. A photo release form needs to be signed before photos of the grand opening may be posted on our website.

New Business:

  1. It was suggested that the library’s podium be used in the meeting room and that the 6 Bentwood chairs, now in storage at the Police Station, be left in the EPLHC.
  2. Insurance for the contents of the library will need to be updated taking into consideration all items inside the building such as books, computers, furniture, fixtures, furnace, etc. The price of the building according to the Milestone invoice will be a fair reflection of current value. We will look at the itemized list of the Historical Collection in order to secure correct insurance coverage.
  3. The Operational Manual needs to be expanded and updated.
  4. The Trustees should read the by-laws and policies for the next meeting.

The next meeting will be Monday, June 11, 2007 at 5p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Bobby Mongeon
Trustee Secretary
