Trustees’ Meeting

 Attendees:  Valerie Long, Dianne Bird, Robert Paine, Leigh English, Nancy Claris

 1.      Policy Manual – The manual was reviewed and suggested edits were noted.  These will be incorporated into a final version to be approved at the next meeting.

 The meeting adjourned at7:15 p.m.  Our next meeting will be held on Monday, February 13 at5:30 p.m.

 These minutes are considered DRAFT until approved at the next regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting.
